How long does delivery take?
Items marked Fast delivery arrive in 3–5 working days. Items marked Ordered in are sourced from our international distributors and take 14–25 working days. Each product shows its estimate before you add it to the cart.
What does delivery cost?
R99 door-to-door courier anywhere in South Africa, free on orders over R1,500. One order ships as one parcel once all items are in.
Can I pay by EFT?
Yes. Choose Pay by EFT at checkout and you'll get our bank details and your order reference. Please pay within 2 days and send your proof of payment on WhatsApp. We order your records once the payment reflects, which can take 1–2 working days from other banks.
Are your records new and genuine?
Yes. Every record is new and factory sealed, sourced from official label distributors. We don't sell bootlegs or unofficial pressings.
How do pre-orders work?
Pay a 50% deposit to reserve your copy. We confirm your allocation, then ask for the balance when the release reaches South Africa. Release dates are set by the label and can move.
Can I return a record?
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you can cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery for a refund, if the record is still sealed. You pay the return courier.
My record arrived damaged or warped
WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Under the Consumer Protection Act we replace or refund faulty goods, including pressing defects, within 6 months, and we cover the courier.
Can I cancel an "Ordered in" item?
Yes, free of charge until our weekly order goes to our distributor every Monday morning. After that, the standard 7-day return rule applies once it's delivered.
What do you do with my personal information?
We use your details only to process and deliver your order, in line with POPIA. We never sell your information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
